Dervla is a native of Galway having attended NUI, Galway and spent twelve years working as a solicitor. Following the global financial crisis, she moved from Ireland to Australia and turned her hand to writing. She lives in Perth, Australia, with her husband and two children. Dervla is now coming back to Ireland for a few short days this month, for the publication of her newest book, The Murder Rule. The Murder Rule is already the Number One bestselling fiction book in Australia and is soon to be a major television series from FX in the US.
