Livestock Music Festival
Livestock Music Festival, an exciting new music & arts festival, takes place near the village of Aughrim in Galway from Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd July 2023.
This is the 2nd year of the amazing Livestock Music Festival and it promises to be one which will open your mind, recharge your soul, and enliven your senses! The festival is a fun and family friendly two-day event which brings together fantastic independent music, art, food, entertainment, and activities centred around the ancient ringfort at Liskelly Farm in Aughrim, Co. Galway. The festival aims to provide a platform to promote the talents of independent and local artists through genres such as Irish music, contemporary trad, folk, and alternative rock.
The festival will offer you the opportunity to try out new experiences such as West African Drumming, Dance, Pottery, 9 Iron Forge, Craft Workshops, Yoga, Meditation which were ever present at the festival last year and much more! There will also be an inspiring art exhibition and trade village that promises to be interactive and engaging. What’s more an exciting range of food vendors showcasing cuisine from all over the world can be found throughout the festival, and although alcohol is not for sale at the event, a ‘BYOB’ policy exists for the event (but no glass allowed!). This is a festival you definitely don’t want to miss, so grab your tickets early!
